1) COME TO TOWN MEETING ON MAY 1, MAY 2, AND POSSIBLY MAY 3 AND VOTE
THIS IS THE BOTTOM LINE right now.
The key is to make sure you are available on Sunday May 1 @ 1 pm, PLUS the evenings of May 2 and May 3.
Town Meeting will be held at Concord Carlisle High School. Only in person voting is allowed. The two articles concerning the Reformatory Branch Trail are at the very end, Articles 46 and 47.
It is most likely that they will be at the end of the May 2nd Monday evening session. However, Town Meeting might go on to May 3, in which case the articles will be heard then.
There is also a chance that it will be an outdoor meeting if the pandemic intervenes. In this case, the whole meeting is likely to take place on May 1 – shorter, no presentations, and booklet instead.
